I was in fight or flight mode all last year... it was like having PTSD attacks 3-4 times a week. I now have severe health problems Breast cancer, bleeding ulcer, diverticulitis, and my hiatal hernia (paraesophageal hernia) is so intense I need surgery to also pull my stomach down. I can hardly breathe just walking to the kitchen. I'm a mess... I've had bad insomnia for 2 years. When I had severe stress about 32 years ago, I got Graves disease (undiagnosed for many years) Stress is a Killer. I don't know if I have enough energy to deal with all this (plus spondylosis). I'm 64, and tired. I never had drug or alcohol addictions. Advice to anyone reading this... run away from anyone making you live in fear, domestic violence or under dysfunctional living conditions... when you realize a loved one is a Narcissist... don't give them an inch. Get them out of your life, and only help them from far away if you feel obligated... Not kidding. 🥺

The number 1 stress reliever is turning off the TV and stay off social media platforms! When I quit using FB, I noticed my focus increased and my anxiety diminished!

I am suffering all these signs....and I admit, loss of a loved one shuts down your immune system. I started getting sickly after a divorce...had been stressed for 4 years now. On august, I lost my grandmother who was more like another mum. Two weeks after her burial...my body shut down again. Whole body pain and no digestion.....Its a daunting experience
