This is absolutely fucking crazy.
It’s so unacceptable that for profit companies can run prisons in this country. It only incentivizes these companies to institutionalized people increasing recidivism to pad tier profits. And yet there’s no real penalties on those companies when they violate the rights of the people in their care. They treat the people in their care like cash cows. Milking money from the government, inmates families and inmates labor. All while, making them endure deplorable conditions and inhumane treatment.
CORRUPTION ON STEROIDS
There's that inherent inclination to make more arrest and fill up profit generating private prisons. Someone has to monitor the cash flow.
Pure cruelty and corruption. Abolish and prosecute ICE and CBP.
This administration Conflict of interests is HORRIBLE !!!!! = Most Corruption ever !!!
The level of corruption is outrageous, even by US standards.
You have to be a special kind of evil to setup a biz to profit from human rights violations.
Why are innocent people in DETENTION centers?? Crazy entirely!
