shortlisting in 2024 for me isn't tax rates or passport power for visa free access. Instead I look at some key criteria of countries to live in: 1) are they a 5 eyes (USA/UK/CA/AU/NZ) slave state, 2) are they a member of NATO or other USA led military alliance with mutual defense pact 3) are they situated on or close to a border with Russia or China 4) not be Russia or China itself or a puppet state of either (e.g. Belarus) 5) their govt actions during the covid years (how competent at being dystopian were they?) Italy fails on 2 & 5. There's quite a bit overlap in the above but a country to me only needs to fail one to be struck from the list. And only after all that do I then consider taxes etc...
Meloni or how ever you say her name I know has been really celebrated by many conservatives but she has been questionable in ways from the beginning but many ignored those few signs and now people are saying she’s been a waste and if she approves this I wouldn’t be surprised
Well that is bad news
It seems that nowhere is safe from high taxes. The thing to consider is what you get in return for your taxes. Uruguay looks interesting.
It would seem to me that taxes are increasing at a rapid rate all over. With so much debt created they are taxing and inflating to try and get rid of all the debt. 🤨
Yikes - I guess the cheap homes will get cheaper.
My key take away from this video is that the €100k/yr lump sum tax is s still available, that’s a sweet deal!
Great information.
TY.
When you live in a country where labor has always been cheaper, today it turns out to be an advantage and nothing is expensive. That's why I don't see a problem, life goes on..
