The twist of John Bernthal being his brother was so obvious and yet it still managed to surprise me 😂

I’m autistic and growing up I had the same sensory overload problems Ben’s character had. People often think our senses are “stronger” but they’re actually just extremely sensitive. So the I adapted to them by using the same type of exposure therapy Christian used in the movie. Playing loud music or going to loud construction sites to desensitize myself to it. It’s still loud, but it’s not affecting me nearly as bad as when I was a kid, and I can hide it entirely from everyone. Also, I don’t know who Jaby’s friend is that says they refuse to watch this movie because they are sick of Hollywood turning autistic people into superheroes. But they could not be more wrong, which makes me believe that person either is not autistic or doesn’t watch enough movies or TV shows about autistic people. Because the stereotype that Hollywood actually does with high functioning autistic people is not turning them into superheroes, but turning them into human computers. The Accountant actually IS a superhero movie for autistic people. So many of us have dreamt of using our talents just like Christian does. This movie is not only wish fulfillment, but BELIEVABLE wish fulfillment.

This movie is sharp, smart, and surprisingly emotional. It keeps you hooked from start to finish.

As an accountant, let me confirm that we totally do these things on the side.

When this movie came out, I went into the movie theater not having a clue what the hell I was going to watch and I was pleasantly surprised.

If you would have been paying attention Jaby you would have heard that the reason Christian went on that killing spree in the beginning of the movie was because they tortured and killed his friend from prison

I love how every person today sees a movie but then all of a sudden can’t remember anything about it. I remember movies I’ve seen 20+ years ago.

Jaby, EVERY ONE remembers this movie after seeing it the 1st time...it was just that freaking awesome! 😂😂😂

"What if she gave him a picture of spiderman?" Really got me 😃
