The blanket pardon should be invalidated for several reasons: 1) no explicit crime is identified. 2) there was no indictment or conviction 3) there no proof Biden actually signed it out even knew about it 4) it completely breaks the checks and balances off our system as the courts were cut completely out of the loop. 5) if those crimes, whatever they were, were committed at the behest of the president then the investigation of those crimes could lead to an impeachable offense and that pardon is invalid.

Fauchi is GUILTY of CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. I want to see hem TOE TAGGED. No mercy, No quarter. The auto-pen pardon was not and never will be legitimate.

There is no statue of limitations on murder

Pre emptive pardons should be forbidden by The Law. It doesn't make sense and it gives politicians etc. a free card to do what ever they want knowing at the end of a Presidential term they will get a pre emptive pardon. Ridiculous.

Wouldn't need a pardon unless a crime was committed. We're ruled by criminals who will never give up power and will pardon themselves
