The electoral college was established in the 1700's to help plantation owners fight vis-a-vis politicians against anti-slavery. It is a relic and far past time to go! Tr*mp would not have been elected in 2016 or 2024 if it wasn't for the electoral college. Bonus: get rid of it and no more gerrymandering! Mrs G
