Y2K could've actually been a lot worse than it was, but some very smart people worked very hard behind the scenes to make sure it went smoothly. Of course, the media did not report this nearly as much as they had been fear mongering beforehand about the end of the world, so it became a misunderstood myth that it was never a big deal to begin with.

I might get sued to death for this - but as someone who worked for the Apple business teams for 3ish years. Nothing has changed. The online stores are useless to smaller businesses and the discount basically doesn’t exist. You get it after spending a certain amount but 95% of the products are excluded from it and won’t be eligible for discount for like 2 years. Honestly Mark is better just using the main store front that consumers use, it’s so much better than the business site
