My mother died two years ago and she was cut from the same cloth as Nancy Guthrie. She lived alone at the end. I can't imagine someone's stealing her from her house bleeding and no one could find her. We weren't close but doing this to someone who is fragile and in ill health is particularly sick.

This thing was obviously Planned! I think Multiple people involved!
Burglars don’t usually take their victims. That doesn’t even make sense to me. Why would a burglar want to take an elderly, frail woman with them? Even if she was killed in the burglary, it would’ve made more sense to just leave her in the house. This is so bizarre. Something is really wrong with that scenario.
If it was an intended burglary, it don't make sense that they would take Nancy. I'm a correctional officer in a state prison. I've heard some of the inmates talking about this case. They said most burglaries happen during the day when people in the home and the neighbors are gone to work. They're are trying to avoid any confrontation. Get in, get what they want, and get out. This is completely different.

He was trying to make it look like he didn’t know about a spare key, but he was looking for a spare key.
These people don't think like criminals. A burglary isn't gonna go down with kidnapping an elder person and walking out EMPTY HANDED! this is targeted PERIOD!
