Trump's ICE Agent CHARGED After Highway Gun Incident?!

ICE agent Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. has been charged with two counts of felony second-degree assault after allegedly pointing his service weapon at the heads of two civilians on a Minneapolis highway during a road rage incident. Morgan was driving illegally on the shoulder in an unmarked, rented SUV at the end of his shift when a car drifted over to slow him down. After the car returned to its lane, Morgan pulled alongside, rolled down his window, and pointed a Glock 19 at them. No lights, no sirens, no markings identifying him as law enforcement. He admitted to investigators that he drew his weapon after the other car had already merged back into traffic. The victims had no idea he was an agent until investigators told them. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty was blunt: "There is no such thing as absolute immunity for federal agents who violate the law in the state of Minnesota."
