1:00:00 "Who, if anyone, was driving the ambulance?” Sir, are you asking if the ambulance drove itself? 🤦🏼♀️ This is going to be a very looonnnggg trial.
What if any sanity will we have left after this trial, is it me or does this prosecutor use "what if any" 500% more than Elaine ever did
Having been on EMS and an EMT, we were trained that if it isn’t on the report, it didn’t happen! You cannot testify to anything you didn’t document.
I wish the judge would say “overruled” when denying a prosecution objection instead of “I’ll let him have that.” Idk. Overruled feels very unbiased to me. “I’ll let him have that” is giving me “ughhhh fine. He gets to keep that question 🙄.”
The first trial I've watched where I look forward to the defense
Me just skipping to the cross examination on each witness cause I can’t sit through the prosecution 😂
I love Emily rephrasing the "What if any?" questions. "Once this happened and that happened, what, if anything, additional things did you notice?" vs. "What did you see?" It's so clear and my brain doesn't forget what's being asked halfway through.
“Who if anyone was driving the ambulance to the hospital?” OHkay and with that we have officially gone off the deep end with the what if anys 😂 I genuinely don’t know how any of us are going to survive 8 weeks of this Emily!
This judge sounds so annoyed with the defense between the sighs and general tone. It makes me appreciate the neutral judges.
When you “sort of arrive on scene” “What if anything did you see?? “ “Did you notice if was snowing in any way???”
