I think what works against Erika is that she has "resting bitch face". (If you know you know. ) It makes her look crabby when she simply has a neutral face. Stupid people look at that and literally think she wants to kill somebody. I have the same problem. I have lost count of the number of times I've just been going about my day and I've heard people say, "you'd look so pretty if you'd just smile" or "smile kiddo it ain't that bad" or "wow you're so nice, I thought you'd be a bitch because you look so unhappy".
