Lisa Singh faces two felony charges of Indecent, Lewd or Lascivious Touching of Certain Minors in Duval County, Florida. Sheriff's detectives say Singh kissed a teen boy in September, forced him to touch her breasts and threatened to harm him if he told anyone.
