(4:00) Episode 6 is now out and it’s packed with batman easter eggs. There’s also a clear direction they’re going with the show with gang war moutning in Gotham. With that out the way, thank you for clicking this, now let’s get into Penguin. - Ok so we begin with Penguin asking who’s got the power in this city. Cutting to a shot of the city we can see that we’re now hitting the winter. The series is of course taking place in November with us also knowing a bit about the time of Batman 2. Matt Reeves has said itll take place in Winter and pick up in the aftermath of the show. Happening a week after this series ends its gonna be a cold time on the old town tonight. Because of this i feel like the Batman 2 may be christmas themed. This is something they did in Batman Returns and it also could open the door for several villains. The Long Halloween had a an issue that took place on Christmas which centred around the Joker. It would also be Ice to see Mr. Freeze and there’s lots of things they can do with the Holiday. I know there are the theories that Vic come become him because Freezes full name is Victor Friesz. Personally I dont think thats the case but yeah, who knows with the Winter setting. More like Master at that Age I think. Is master if youre below 18? Either way in the skyline we can see some of Gothams famous landmarks. To the left hand side is the GCPD which we can tell by the clock. This appeared in the Batman with Batman gliding past it as he dived off the top.
