I love how he says 'season with a little bit of chilli' and every time its a massive heaped tablespoon of chilli flakes.

Mark is the true hero in Thailand because each time he recommended a dish, it becomes super popular which helps the small businesses. I am sure he has helped Thailand in attracting a significant number of tourists just to eat the food he recommends. I visited Bangkok because of his videos! I might be going to Bangkok again in 2025!

I live in Maine USA. I found a source for Holy Basil seeds and grew them this summer. This basil is SO SPECIAL! There's nothing else like it. I love Thai basil as well but holy basil is on a next level. I hope others will read this and realize they can grow holy basil as well. It's wonderful!
