You're the best, Dr. Berg. Longtime subscriber here. I cut out 95% of carbs (only croutons on my salads) and 85% of sugar (I was a sugar addict my whole life). Plantar neuritis is gone. Weight loss achieved with IF and walking 4-5 days a week. I make organic vegetable soup (comfort food and very filling), eat huge salads like you, etc. The quality of my health has gone up so much from listening to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a fine man...much respect.
As a long time dog owner, I believe the reason heart disease in dogs has sky-rocketed is because they started coating kibble with seed oils "to preserve nutrients".đ˘
Dr. Berg I canât thank you enough for your videos. Iâm a 50 year old man with a eight-year-old and a seven-year-old and I am working really hard to stay in as good of shape as I can.
