Children Rescued from House of Horrors Returned to Abusers

When a teenage girl escaped her California home, officers discovered she’d left behind a "house of horrors.” In all, thirteen siblings were starved, physically abused, and chained up by their parents, David and Louise Turpin. But the nightmare didn't end with their rescue. Some of the minor children ended up in an abusive foster home.
