This is not diplomacy. This is stupidity.
It's clearly another act of deception by the US/NATO collective. They have reneged multiple times on getting a working peace deal with Russia, and are intent on continuing hostilities, despite the fact their proxy through Ukraine is lost.
As usual, American officials have negotiated amongst themselves and come up with a 'plan', that's acceptable to neither the Russians, nor the Ukrainians.
Why would you trust the Empire of Lies and Snakes?
The US/NATO lie in order to take advantage every time. The Russians know this. Why would this be different?
