Description

12.9.2025 #RolandMartinUnfiltered: DOJ Weakens Bias Rules, Abbott Pushes TPUSA, CROWN Act Clash, Southwest Gets a Free Pass The Justice Department is rolling back a 50-year-old "disparate impact" standard. I'll talk to the Legal Defense Fund's Associate Director-Counsel about how this move will make it harder to challenge potential bias in housing, criminal law, employment, environmental regulations, and other policy areas. Texas Governor Abbott plans to expand Turning Point USA youth chapters to every high school across the state. His explanation is comical. White racists say not being able to communicate with folks who speak other languages is the downfall of Western civilization. Ya'll, I can't make this shit up. A white woman really f'ed around and found out after a black woman told her to back up. Her white ass got served a 1-2 combo. Pennsylvania is now the 28th state to pass the CROWN Act, banning discrimination based on hair texture and race-based hairstyles in work and schools. Talk radio host Kathy Barnette says legislation to protect hair is "stupid." She'll be here to explain her position. Southwest failed during the 2022 winter storm, stranding thousands of travelers and racking up a $140 million penalty. Trump's Transportation Department just waived the last $11 million. Pennsylvania State Senator and DNC Vice Chair Malcolm Kenyatta will explain why the airline is getting a break while passengers are still paying the price. And in Tonight's Black Star Network Marketplace, a mother–daughter duo turned self-love into a business. We'll talk to the 13-year-old CEO of Beautiful Curly Me, whose designs help our kids love their curls and their Blackness. #BlackStarNetwork partner: Fanbase https://www.startengine.com/offering/fanbase This Reg A+ offering is made available through StartEngine Primary, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Now see those were the same type of folks who were screaming they were being discriminated against when people didn't want to come in their neighborhoods after the hurricanes. They think people are supposed to risk their lives for these jobs and don't nobody have time for that. And the sad part is they do it to people whose job it is to help them you can't make up the stupidity
