The US government has broken the contract with its citizens that has been the in place since Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address declared a democracy to be “government of the people, by the people, for the people…” The terror this regime is bringing to my city of Minneapolis is unspeakable and unforgivable.

I’m really glad that Governor Walz chose to come on to a platform with independent journalists that have a diverse audience with many different political backgrounds. It’s important for more politicians to make this type of effort.
