Description

In this thought-provoking episode, tech entrepreneur and simulation theory expert Rizwan Virk joins us to explore one of the most mind-bending questions of our time: Are we living in a simulated reality? We dive deep into the odds that we’re inside a simulation, the implications of quantum entanglement and the double slit experiment, and how time, consciousness, and near-death experiences may offer clues about the nature of our existence. Riz also shares insights into UFOs, the potential architects of the simulation, and why such a reality might exist in the first place. This was just straight up awesome: thank you. Top 5 episodes you’ve done so far. And thank you for letting your guests just speak and go off on tangents.

Thanks for this amazing discussion. It ties a lot of things together for me. This is a life changing way to view our 'reason for being.” All this, and it does not contradict my religious beliefs and actually makes me want to study other religions. Mystics and shamans were negative words to me before this discussion, now I’m wanting to know more. I just ordered “Journey of souls.” I can’t wait to "peek behind the curtain" so to speak, and I am probably more apt to catch a glimpse or a glitch in this state I am in. God bless you both.

Great talk! It really seems like ancient scriptures, Near-Death Experiences, sci-fi and much more are converging towards the Perennial Wisdom. The true self or eternal consciousness takes form, forgets itself in its own dream of personhood, but eventually wakes up. To me, if there were any danger here, it would be to become so disconnected from our true, eternal nature that we foolishly attempt to prolong our false self (mind and body). Maybe that's what our future-selves are trying to reverse. Imagine being stuck here forever, when eternal bliss is "home."

Top notch content, thank you.  @1:26:20... on Sleep Paralysis, I recommend David J Hufford's excellent book; 'The terror that comes in the night'. Also, on your general interest in consciousness, precognition, deja vu etc; Anthony Peake's books, particularly the earlier ones are great. One of them is a _very_ good Philip K Dick biography. He'd make great guest btw. I'm guessing you're already aware of him.
