I was in Bosnia in 96/97. KBR and Haliburtan (they were the same company but split after investigations started) ran everything from the mess hall, laundry service, they did all the construction and maintenance. They did a good job but it's well known that they had a monopoly on the contracts. Chaney and other neocons made millions by sitting on the boards of those companies.

When I'm finished on a construction project, I usually take my tools with me, not leave them behind.
