the orchestrator sounds like it will be a viable job description for a very brief amount of time only
Until they automate swarm control.
AI will more and more capable to manage itself. Why do we think "controllers" will be a job forever.
Sometime back ago I read an article about a man who was hired to program for a company and then got fired when they discovered that he was outsourcing his programming to people overseas via like Fiverr or similar. I remember saying, the guy shouldn't have been fired, he should have been promoted.
So all those hours playing StarCraft are paying off. Sweet!
“Just a quick game of factorio first” 400hrs later~
AI won’t kill us. It'll just automate empathy, gamify guilt, and leave us emotionally unemployed
I'm building a swarm currently lol, its inspired by the brain, with neurons, cortexes, hippocampus, and more. Kinda ironic this video comes out 5 mins before I search for ai swarms. Love your content BTW.
This was the longest and best factorio add I have seen
Much like I have been saying for a little bit now: AI right now is token prediction. It takes a lot of pre-conditioning statement, using valuable tokens per session, to prepare these LLM's to do a specific task. And the more tokens used = the more confusing each prediction becomes, making the LLM produce incorrect responses, or veering from the path needed. Maybe, instead of trying to head toward general intelligence, we condition agents, pretrained for specific contexts, and then use them in an concert of agents managed by the user/orchestration agent. All it would be doing is predicting, based on input tokens, what agents would have the correct training to specific context.
