For anyone growing up in a struggling family, that cyborg scene at the ATM instantly made him lovable. It breaks me every time that this was one of the first actions he took

That Amazon fight scene is my favorite in the entire DC universe. They made those women look so badass and hyper competent. Which helped solidify Steppenwolf as a legit threat
Not only is the black Superman suit cool, it also makes sense from a scientific standpoint. Black absorbs sunlight better than any other color. Therefore, by wearing a black suit, Superman can regain his full powers faster.
Fun fact, since this was released due to the fans pressing Warner to make it happen, Zack Snyder made sure that every single scene he did (or concept it, like Joker and Batman dialogue at the epilogue) was in this version - to honor those who asked and wondering his final vision for this universe. If his version went to theaters, certainly a lot of things would be cut out - it's a natural thing to do, Tara must know about it. Including some dialogues. So this version has every single take/dialogue recorded (this helps it's duration too). What I liked the most about this movie, apart from the fact that was justice for 2017's version, is that it felt like I was watching an animated DC movie coming to life - like Justice League: War, for example. The Justice League that I grew up waching.
Mera was sucking the water out of Steppenwolf's body. He is a biological living being, has water in his body, even he wouldn't live if she had succeeded in doing it.
The fact we are never gonna see the rest of this story is a crime.
