Playing as Grace: You're playing a horror game. Playing as Leon: The zombies are playing a horror game.

Leon is in "Ada Might be Watching" mode 24/7.

Grace’s parts are so tense that switching to Leon is the perfect break in tension.

I loved that Grace progressively got more confident and less timid as the story goes on; the first time she met The Girl she was having literal panic attacks, and when she has the final confrontation with her she flat out says "Get out of my way" to protect Emily

idk why people are mad that grace is a scared lady, shes the most realistic character in the resident evil franchise.

Grace was a very refreshing protagonist for RE imo. She went from timid and horrified to capable. Ethan was very reactionary to what was going on, but he never felt scared shitless like Grace was. And that one scene where she had a determined look on her face just immediately made me as a player feel more confident too
