Bet the people that live below her are not laughing at the fact that all of their belongings have been ruined. Also, it's not just the personal items that are damaged it's also all the dry wall, mold that is now growing due to the water, mold sickness it's going to cause her, her neighbor and any future renters, flooring that has to be ripped up so mold does not grow under it....THIS IS A HUGE HUGE ISSUES. hope she has good renters insurance. She's going to need it.

Asha, i think you're fantastic. Mistakes happen. I applaud you for taking responsibility. So refreshing these days to see someone accept that they've made a mistake and learned from it.
