We already know that the extraterrestrials do not want us humans to use nuclear weapons. They have turned them on and off at nuclear sites to show they are in control and will not allow humans to destroy the planet with them. They have hovered over sites in Montana Texas and in other countries like the UK and Russia. If they wanted to destroy us we would already be annihilated.
