Destiny is a games name
yea, him saying "they did not even research the age of consent where the messages were received" 100% means she was a minor. there is literally no other way he could have meant that.
Imagine making a statement that he was inappropriately messaging a minor and then saying nah that was ruse to trick journalists.
Guess doc got himself into a MINOR dispute this one 😂
Crestiny is a toothpaste name
How could Destiny possibly think that's Doc's real hair?!?
The YouTube reaction to the Tenet scandal so far: -Tenet channel is gone. -Lauren Chen's channel is gone. -Tayler Hansen's channel is gone -Matt Christansen's channel is pared back to ten months ago for the latest video...in which he announced the move to Tenet media. His Tenet content is gone. Interesting stuff.

A key issue Doc obfuscates over is the distinction between breaking the law, and behaving in a way that could damage Twitch's brand. Twitch is not obligated to only deal with him when he breaks a law, they're usually entitled to act when they think he's bringing their brand into disrepute. Given the legal pedantry in his statements, there is a way for him to pick his way across this minefield without breaking the law, but this isn't the only consideration from Twitch's perspective.
Nah destiny has gotta be right about the “age of consent was probably 16 there so they were 16 or 17” he says explicitly “they didn’t investigate the age of consent IN THE JURISDICTION” which definitely implies that if you just heard the age you might think it’s illegal, which means it’s almost certainly under 18.
