He’s joined again by Jessica McNamee (The Meg) as Sonya Blade, Mehcad Brooks (Supergirl) as Jax, and Ludi Lin (Power Rangers) as Liu Kang. Hiroyuki Sanada (Bullet Train, The Last Samurai) reprises his role as the fearsome Scorpion, while Joe Taslim (The Raid, Warrior) returns as the cold-blooded Sub-Zero. Newcomers include Karl Urban (The Boys, Dredd) stepping into the role of fan-favorite Johnny Cage, Tati Gabrielle (You, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) as the deadly Jade, and Adeline Rudolph (Resident Evil, Riverdale) as Kitana. Martyn Ford (F9, The Sandman) takes on the role of Shao Kahn, and Damon Herriman (Mindhunter, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) appears as the sinister Quan Chi. Ana Thu Nguyen joins as Queen Sindel, and Desmond Chiam (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) rounds out the cast as King Jerrod.
