Major indexes booked their worst yearly performance since 2008 thanks to drivers like the recession, war, hiked interest rate and inflation which so far doesn’t seem to be easing off, so I’m left wondering what 2023 has in store for us investors, I’ve been sitting on over $745K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy or do I wait?
One thing Andrei failed to mention and most people do not take into account. After payroll, the $4,500 salary increase actually loses about an additional 30% on average after taxes and deductions, making salaries dwarf even more.
I geek out over tools like these. This was super interesting to see calculated out and I definitely plan on using this tool in the future. Thanks for sharing Andrei!
Be nice to see a calculation for when to refinance after buying during the current market.
Thanks Andre for addressing your rental property. Saw some recent video on calling you out for making a bad decision on buying that properly.
Interesting topic! Thanks for sharing
You literally can’t even read the comments on his videos anymore cause of all the bots and scammers
Finally!
Glad to see that you’re taking better care for yourself friend. Looking good.
