***EDIT 5/11/25 I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Tyson, for using your platform to address this and THANK YOU to all the lovely comments below. I really appreciate them. I feel seen. <3 *** I lost my job in aerospace. I had 10 years in, research, science and education. I don't even know what to do now. I may not be valued but the work I did for the 1000's of kids and families I worked with every year, it mattered. It made a difference.
