Teaching IS a public commitment! He must resign immediately!
Summers has no business in a classroom. His students deserve a teacher who does not view female students as intellectually inferior sex objects.

Summers was a disaster for the arts and humanities at Harvard. He was and is a bully and widely disliked at Harvard and in academia in general.
It is an abuse of trust with respect to students and a professor. Don’t minimize the conduct.
I'm honestly so tired of people saying "I don't see anything illegal here." How about just morally bankrupt. These are supposed to be the "leaders" of your country. Hold them to a higher standard.
