It's true, Jim!!! I can attest to that. I've worked at American Airlines and we were trained to do this. We were also trained to give the 1st class seats to our staff and take it from customers. There are other irregular practices that we are trained to do that are either illegal or unethical. Several of us were severely punished after we invoked our rights—Voiced that we weren't comfortable scamming customers, it was against our religious beliefs and principles. I ❤ your show!!!
They don’t want us to fly and it’s blatantly obvious. They want us in our 15 minute cities!

American Airlines can go out of business as soon as possible and I would applaud. They F'd me out of an entire fare. They cancelled my flight and then kept 100% of the money. I'll NEVER give the assholes a penny.
