The therapist isnt a wallaby, its a Quokka. They're known for smiling and being very happy animals. So its actually a very fitting animal to be a therapist.
57:37 Fun fact about Zebros: if you look carefully, Gene Zebrowski(the one in right) is not a zebra, but actually horse who painted himself black and white to match his partner, Gene Zebraxton.
I appreciate that Pawbert didn't suddenly reveal his 'true' personality after betraying Judy and Gary. He's still the same person, just also willing to commit premeditated murders in order to impress his toxic family; it honestly makes him more frightening to me.
Ke Huy Quan has such a soft voice ;; <3
43:16 The reason Gazelle sides with Judy is one of the Zebros, one of which is a horse painted like a zebra, knocked over one of Gazelle's tiger back up dancers and Gazelle said "I'll remember this Zebros" and think Gazelle has some luchador training as well
There is just so much to love about Zootopia 2. I can only imagine what Zootopia 3 will be like.
*Fun Snake Facts:* Gary De Snake is an Indonesian Blue Pit Viper, and they actually do sense body heat. In fact, they can detect as little as 1/1000 of a degree, so they’re actually stronger than most modern day thermal imaging cameras. It’s how pit vipers get their name, from the heat sensing pits between the nostrils and the eyes. And for the sake of kids, they had to seriously tone down the effects of what their venom can do, because the venom is a hemotoxin. The symptoms it really causes are intense pain, redness, significant swelling, blistering, and tissue death (necrosis). And the actual damage it does is as follows, internal and external bleeding, hypotension (low blood pressure), and potential damage to organs like the kidneys, heart, or lungs; destroy muscle, blood vessels, and cause blood to coagulate abnormally (coagulopathy). So yeah, you can see why they didn’t want to show that in a Disney animated movie. They did however address the fact that in real life snakes like Gary are in fact fairly timid and would much rather run away and hide, and only bite as an absolute last resort, since it takes a long time for their bodies to replenish venom, which they would much rather use to hunt prey.
I love that this film is representing reptiles in a good light. There are those of us that know snakes are a wonderful pet, and that they aren’t “out to get” you. Show love for the reptile nation!!
Koalas indeed do have four thumbs to have a better grip when they're holding on trees. They spend like 99% of their life on trees, they eat, sleep and chill on trees. They sleep up to 22 hours per day and that's why they have four thumbs, to have a strong grip so they won't fall down from the tree. Nature is so clever!
I just realized, that scene with judy and nick driving a snow vehicle, that scene is like when they drove the train in the first movie, and they switched positions, nick as a driver and judy as the passenger that does a little choo choo
