Why in the hell is Rubio (a Cubano) and the USA care about Cuba's system of government? The USA has sanctioned that country since the 1960s up until the present. That's a main part of the reason why that country is suffering economically. Also, the USA citizens are struggling too, and the republicans are making it worse with their policies and legislation. How can they care so much about the very people they don't even want in the USA? This isn't about the people, this is about power, control, and assets/resources.
