These Arguments Against Age Verification Laws Are So Stupid
Debunking Objections to Online Age Verification Laws
Understand why industry arguments against age verification—like free speech infringement or user exodus—fail when compared to existing standards for adult products.
Short Summary
- The speaker systematically dismantles three primary defenses raised against age verification mandates for online pornography sites.
- He highlights hypocrisy, noting no similar objections exist for regulated industries like alcohol, tobacco, or gambling, which already require rigorous ID checks.
- The 95% user drop rate cited by industry groups only suggests high rates of underage users or deep user shame among consumers.
- This discussion analyzes the challenges in implementing Arizona's new law by contrasting the current debate against consistent, real-world age verification requirements applied elsewhere.

Age verification is the biggest scam of century.
Google has parts of their terms of service that allows them to keep your age verification method for up to 2 years, giving plenty of time for criminals to steal your identity.
No id, it opens all users to compromised and stolen information
He says it best in the ad "don't wait around for the government to solve this, they won't"
This age versification law is gonna put us at risk of so much stuff and everybody's too damn brainwashed to see it this is crazy everybody's becoming an Internet dummy🤦🤦😬
Only thing stupid are these draconian laws. 😡
The government is not allowed to censor protected speech, which age verification does.
