$100 says this woman has never been late to something she actually wanted to be on time for.
I can 100% guarantee you that a "time blind" person will never show up early or leave late. Fake conditions don't work that way.

I currently have time blindness. I go to bed when I want, get up when I want, do chores when I want, watch movies when I want and just generally don't punch the time clock. It's great being retired after working for 50 years.
I have a severe case of "woke blindness" where I lose eyesight and suffer hearing problems whenever a woke person starts to talk. Hopefully there is no remedy...
ADHD is something that people have been dealing with for generations before us. My dad and I both have it. The way he dealt with it and taught me to was setting multiple obnoxiously loud alarms and making check lists for each day. My dad was never late one day in his whole life.
