This Week's Coronavirus Updates - Week of 2/15/21 | The Daily Social Distancing Show

So while I understand why parents are upset, I also understand why teachers wouldn't go back either. Education in this county is way too undervalued and the schools serve as glorified babysitting services.

My school is hybrid and I decided to go back for my final semester as a high school student. I deeply regret my decision because of the amount of students who don’t wear masks correctly and don’t follow the six feet of distance. I brought to my principal’s attention, but said that he cannot control it. I just want to go back to online.

So no one is going to talk about that Trevor’s birthday 🎉 🎂 was yesterday.

That poor man being shoved to the ground is so extremely sad. It angers me that people are so ignorant and hateful towards people/race that have nothing to do with this. I don’t care who careless fools are, but they need to be taken down!

As a nurse, when I go to work the people that I encounter wears mask and social distance. Teachers deals with students who lacks discipline and respect tbh.

ALOT of these parents just want their kids out of the house. They could care less about their kids education or the teachers health, they just want time away from their responsibilities.

COVID: *more variants* Everyone: Ah crap- Here we go again-

Imagine if everyone could have responsibly dealt with Covid so new mutations wouldn't happen.

Also, we can't forget there's special needs teachers out there that have to go to work because the kids can't do online learning, but also can't learn much at school because most of their learning is through social interaction and no one is vaccinated...

My kids are online/class nearly 10-12 hours a day. They still have "homework " daily. *EDIT* they still aren't eager to go back to the actual school.
