The DOJ is committing a crime of abuse under the color of law. Every lawyer that brings one of these cases should be censured with fines and referrals for disbarment.

Good on the Judge. He should cut them off at the 70 days, if discovery is not provided, and dismiss the case with prejudice. We all know the case is DOJ throwing shade for Trump on the 1st amendment anyway.
