It's called a monopoly. Bad for everyone

Unfortunately, the biggest issue in the end is the integrity of the judges themselves! The corporations have plenty of money and can bribe judges. There are plenty of judges whom are corrupt or can be corrupted! If that WASN'T the case, we wouldn't be in these terrible situations in the first place! As long as the top dog ( the SUPREME COURT) has final say on most of these cases, JUSTICE is in jeopardy!
