One of the biggest problems with working in corporations is the HR Karens.
thank you random guy on youtube
No such thing as "climbing the corporate ladder", not as far as getting rich is concerned. The ONLY way that happens in a corporation is by knowing people & being invited into their club. Everything else is essentially irrelevant.

Shareholders should be called “Net Profit Holders”
Think about this video when the CEO lies to you about the company being a "family" and how important company culture is and work/life balance
But if the CEOs make poor decisions, you risk losing all the money you’ve invested in that company’s stock.
I work retail. We recently have experienced a "push" to get the products to the sales floor. Most of us are over 64. The tanks are heavy and large. We get yelled at through our head sets to "get those tanks back faster" Picture pushing products out and having to get it done in 15 min. Absolutely insane! We use to get 1/2 hr to get this done. So as a stock holder, I realized it is all about the board members. It really sucks what is going on. And we have to push the store credit card. We get nothing, except a pin to put on our apron. Smdh!
