*_The United States always needs an enemy, when they can’t find one they create one_*
Its called the forever wars. Something Trump totally lied about when he was campaigning.
The US Govt is evil.
Brian is right on the nail as usual
The US is a completely rogue nation.
Another gem.
I think is it insidiously sick that the US just cooks up plans on how to take down other countries. Imagine if your neighbor across the street was conspiring to invade your home and move in permanently.
We feel your frustration Brian. Sharing.
The way I see it, the United States isn't interested in decisively defeating Iran at this stage. The aim was to negatively affect the delivery of fertilizers so that countries in Asia, Africa and South America will be more vulnerable to regime change operations. In addition, Washington hopes that global economic catastrophe will hit BRICS nations harder than the United States. The U.S. bank failures in the recent past suggest that the elite in the United States have already assumed some kind of major economic collapse is coming anyway to the United States. Therefore, the only rational way to try to preserve the U.S. as an empire is to deliberately bring about the collapse at a time of their choosing in the hope that BRICS, still in a developmental stage, will be crushed via internal conflicts occasioned by widespread starvation. The assumption that Iran would respond to attack by interfering with traffic via the Strait of Hormuz was arguably the main reason for the decision to attack Iran.
