We need a salary floor not a cap. Make owners spend money on the teams if not, sell the team to someone who will actually try to put a good team on a field instead of just hanging a playoff contender over fans heads

MLB has the MOST parity amongst major sports in the last decade plus. It does not need a salary cap, a salary floor I can see. The players are trying to force owners to spend to win, while owners want to spend nothing and truly most of them do not seem to care about winning. The game is in great spot, so many great athletes and they deserve to be paid.
I remember going to a Baseball game on a whim. Now I have to save for it like it's a vacation.
