I’m nearly 73 years old (a dreaded Boomer!), and I’m so happy to see brilliant caring young people getting involved and taking action in politics and culture and truly investing yourselves in your future! I never fail to vote, and I always vote for kindness and inclusion. When I was your age, I truly thought my generation was going to solve the problems of the world. After all, we got civil rights, clean air and water legislation, designated wilderness,environmental and consumer protections, stopped an unjust war, ended apartheid, and lots of other good things. But, somehow we still failed. We underestimated the strength of greed and dumbassery. Still, I have high hopes for you, and stand squarely with you in all your endeavors. Best of luck!
