i live in a rural town that has a diner, which happens to sell a gourmet burger that costs around $15. It has a really thick juicy patty (thicker than the big mac's 2 patties combined) and if I add everything on it, fries, and a drink, it comes up to about $20. I'd rather spend my money on that than a burger from McDonald's.
