Some of the pushback regarding Medicare for all astonishes me. Just think how much money I would save, AND my employer, if they didn't have to provide my health insurance. I'd rather see my tax dollars go toward something with an actual tangible benefit to me. I work in healthcare for a hospital and have paid a lot of money in healthcare premiums for my husband and me. I can't even imagine what someone would do without insurance. We are teetering on the brink of disaster in this country. We just had a global pandemic, common-sense public health measures were politicized, and vaccines are being demonized without scientific merit. Now throw gasoline on that dumpster fire by taking away people's insurance. Hospitals will go bankrupt and close their doors because they have a duty to treat and will have to eat the costs if people can't pay for their care. There will be a body count regardless of a pandemic, as people forgo medical care and medication. I'm in Michigan, and Dr. El Sayed has my vote.

Imagine if Trump got his hands on interstate highways! On TV networks! On the internet! On our trade infrastructure! Better not to have any of it! What a stupid person.
