The guy everyone is saying was "giving signals to the shooter" was a friend of Charlie's, Mr. Frank Turek. He was fiddling with his hat and was on FaceTime with his son and daughter in law when Charlie was shot. He's a bible believing man, and this affected him greatly. He said Charlie was like a fourth son to him. He was one of the guys who helped get Charlie in the car to rush him to the hospital.
