Serbian Unrest: Analyzing Vučić's Stance Against EU-Backed Color Revolution Tactics

Understand why current Serbian protests mirror foreign destabilization efforts and what political survival strategies leaders must adopt when facing perceived Western pressure campaigns.

Short Summary

  • Protests initially stemming from genuine local anger against Vučić are evolving into radicalized, violent events influenced by external actors.
  • Geopolitical context suggests synchronized pressure campaigns targeting Serbia, Slovakia, and Hungary, framed as EU-spearheaded regime change.
  • Political survival hinges on leaders avoiding concessions (like Yanukovych) and aggressively dismantling Western-backed NGO networks.
  • Serbia holds an advantage over isolated Ukraine as it currently has recognized support from Hungary and Slovakia.

This discussion analyzes the escalating, violent protests concentrated in Belgrade and Novi Sad, framing them within the context of external geopolitical maneuvering aiming to undermine the Serbian governmental structure. The analysis contrasts Vučić's precarious position with the successful survival tactics demonstrated by Lukashenko versus the failures of Yanukovych.

Serbia should never forget what NATO Nazis did. NATO broke international law and the UN charter when they bombed Yugoslavia

There is a lot of info missing in this video. Vučić was installed by Angela Merkel and the British establishment within the EU at that time. His main advisor for many years was Tony Blair. (Google it.) There was never a real plan to integrate Serbia into the EU, which is why he was chosen in the first place. He came from the Serbian Radical Party, which is deeply hated in Muslim/Croat parts of Bosnia and in Croatia. That’s why the EU never truly supported the pro-EU opposition inside Serbia – they didn’t want Serbia in the EU. The British in particular wanted Serbia to remain outside of both the EU and NATO for money laundering, resource theft, talent extraction, various business schemes, and most importantly as a future open front against Russia once the Ukraine war is over. This is not a color revolution; he is simply being fired from his job by the West. It’s regime change, definitely, but not a color revolution. He delivered everything he could to the West, but now he is stuck and needs to be replaced. He did everything possible to sell out Serbia, devastating the cultural and media space with hatred and division. The opposition (also British-funded), especially media companies such as United Group, did the same – spreading more hatred. Both sides did a phenomenal job in destroying any real patriotic opposition. He sold weapons to Ukraine and bragged about it, sold weapons to Israel and bragged about it, and recently bought $1.3 billion worth of Israeli weapons systems. Not Russian, not Chinese – Israeli. (Google it.) The "opposition" media used this against him but they also supported Ukraine all the way in their news coverage. Trump hates him, Putin hates him (but tolerates him because there is no alternative in Serbia), and China is in the same position. The EU adored him until recently, when it became clear he had hit a hard limit with his style of incompetent rule. Over the past year, there has been a huge effort inside the sell-out part of the Serbian opposition to groom young students to present them as a “fresh face” to the public, hoping people would vote for them. Within the student movement, there are many true patriots, but both the opposition and Vučić are doing everything they can to erase them from all media presence. Only pre-selected candidates can appear on the heavily censored media controlled by United Group. Vučić’s latest advisors are Netanyahu’s private consultants (Google it). He is trying to hold onto power at all costs, even by risking a small-scale “civil war” inside the country, but he is obviously receiving bad advice – either intentionally bad or simply incompetent. Either way, the way he is playing the game is making things worse. The Western-oriented opposition is hiding behind certain student groups and enjoying the escalating violence, because it plays directly into their hands. Vučić has lost control over parts of the police, the secret service, and important sections of the judiciary, so even if he wanted to stop this – there is little he can do. What’s even worse is that – just like Dodik, just like Tito – Vučić was so egomaniacal that he never created a successor. He was the perfect “character for the role.” He never allowed anyone from his own party to gain popularity or respect. He constantly humiliated his followers, his party members, the opposition, and even the large organic movement that appeared on the streets in March. The opposition hates most of the students just as Vučić does. The problem for the opposition is that they compete for the same potential voters as the students, so they had to “suck up” to them over the past year. But now the time has come for a war among the students themselves – over who will sell out to the opposition (EU/British-funded). At the same time, the opposition will attack the truly patriotic students, and there are many of them – those who support traditional values, stronger ties with Russia, China, and BRICS. All of them need to be silenced. Serbia is a multi-colony, and Vučić was the house servant employed to whip the population into submission – which is exactly what he did. He created a pyramidal scheme of rewards for his followers who brought in new followers. Now we see a competition within the sellout opposition – over who will be the next servant chosen to rule Serbia for Western powers. Everybody who disagreed with him was branded a Soros/USAID-funded sellout, while his own government was the largest recipient of USAID funds. His prime minister, Ana Brnabić, was directly employed by USAID – it’s even on her official Wikipedia page. He is a frequent guest at Davos and a friend of Soros’s son. He even illegally gave millions to the Clinton Foundation during their campaign against Trump. (Google it – there’s a video of Vučić with Bill Clinton.) What also needs to be mentioned is that Vučić created a vast network of small and big business elites inside the country who enjoy complete impunity. A rich man’s son killed someone with his car and was released from prison. His supporters broke the jaw of a young student girl with a baseball bat – he publicly pardoned them. The prime minister, a gay woman, allegedly had a child through questionable circumstances – and this is public knowledge. Corruption has never been worse. Foreigners can do whatever they want, his elites can do whatever they want. There are hundreds of examples like this. Serbia has become a mafia state. He is a very poor strategist, surrounded by people who flatter him for money. He rewards obedience and despises smart, critical partners who might actually help him. That is his natural limit. He was kept artificially in power by the West, and his time is coming to an end. That’s why all of a sudden he wants to suck up to Orbán and Putin – just to save his personal rule, because it has been insanely profitable for him. The problem is that we have other rich vultures who just as him - want to inherit this lucrative position so they can jump on the gravy train. Russia made a strategic mistake which is something they often do - they didn't support the elements inside the protests that perfectly align with their societal values and strategic goals in the Balkans and even worldwide goals. Everything was right on the plate in front of them - but they ignored it and even publicly attacked nearly 1 million people who showed up in a country of 6.5 million people. A huge chunk of those people are pro-Russian. That's why Russia aligning themselves publicly with a toxic, colonial local sellout crook will degrade their natural, organic influence in the last Slavic-Orthodox country in the Balkans where they enjoy a massive support for free. No matter how much I respect the Russians I sometimes wonder at how slow they are in understanding a situation, changing their minds and then implementing the politics into reality. That's why they really, really need to update their input of information that's coming from Serbia and they need to stop listening to officials and official channels and state-sponsored influencers in Serbia because they are feeding them information that is superficially shaped to fit the current Russian worldview but in reality are globalist in nature. Vučić is a weak sellout, the mainstream opposition are weak sellouts, and it’s not as simple as you put it. This is not a color revolution – it’s a firing.

The president of Serbs in Bosnia didn't step down, he still refuses to after months of open crisis. Yesterday he announced an independence referendum and openly said he's going to ask Russia for help.
