I absolutely KNEW that Hank has been paying attention to the criticism, and he let them introduce themselves today. Glad that AJ went for the joke again 😊

I just wanted to thank you for helping out the Ronald McDonald House in my area. They put out a post for premie and NICU hats 4 days ago and between watching the new Karen Reade stuff and watching your coverage of the first trial, I already have 50 made. So stash busted, hats made, organizing and catching up. Thank you 😊

I’d protest in favor of the jury getting coffee. “The jury needs coffee! The jury needs coffee!” I mean, hey, I could be talking about ANY jury….

Honestly I really like Jackson's approach. These people probably don't want to be there and it's not a comfortable atmosphere. That's pretty thick ice to break so anything to get people out of their shells is a good thing. And hey, Hank dislodged the stick a little bit. Someone decided to alphabetize by first name so the entire Albert family tree isn't listed off at the same time.

If judge Cannone has been sued in her capacity as judge alongside police and the district attorney are they required to have third party counsel? How does this work?

The “not like us” treatment AJ gets makes no sense to me, sure he’s not local but he’s not a different species lol he’s worked cases all over the place. His lawyer style isn’t foreign, it just proves this area of MA have bias against outsiders

In Massachusetts, if you break up with your girlfriend, who is a witness, that would qualify for witness intimidation according to the statute as near as i can tell

2nd-hand jury duty story: Back in high school, one of my classmates got called for jury duty practically the minute he turned 18. This just so happened to be at the end of our senior year of high school, as we were prepping for finals and all the big end-of year projects (such as the big mock trial in law class, as it happens). Everyone assumed he would be recused since he was a student, but NOPE! He got put on the jury. Thankfully, our teachers were super accommodating, and our law teacher excused him from the mock trial and gave him full credit, since he was going to be on an actual jury watching an actual trial.
