When your relationship devolves to the point of monetizing your personal arguments the options are either serious couples therapy or divorce

Recently saw a video that talks about how Americans think public health care is unachievable because they believe the prices they pay are what it actually costs for those drugs and services, without realizing it's heavily marked up. The cost of drugs isn't high, you are just paying a massive markup for them to fill the pockets of greedy people. A good example is comparing the cost of insulin in America versus Canada. Edit: I didn't mean ALL Americans think this. Just that some may be under this impression

That first story was so bad I had to skip it due to second hand embarrassment. Gross behavior on both accounts, especially calling 911 for non-emegency like that. 🙄

Markets go up : "Trump is a genius" Markets go down: "Trust the process, and also markets don't matter" Rinse, repeat.

As someone who is disabled and living below the poverty line, them fighting over only making 1.5m instead of 2m a month is just insane to me.

It's depressing that the federal poverty line is barely over $15k. I know people making more than twice that, and they are drowning.

As someone who, thankfully, lives across the pond, it is wild to see what was once the most powerful country in the world tear itself apart for no reason other than the whims of a manbaby. It's honestly amazing to watch.
