I am glad you found whatever peace you are searching for. We all have different ways and some refuse to even look for that. Mine comes every winter's morning at 4am when I step outside to attend to the animals, working away before dawn brings the cold down. I prefer that time to any other of the year, but, for myself, it is impossible to have a negative day if one has watched the sun rise from the sea and set behind the mountains. But I've never mediated once in my life. I'm just always at peace.
